Tottenham have been dealt one more harm blow as a key star was dominated out of their conflict with Leicester.

James Maddison was a shock omission from the squad to face the Foxes, and Ange Postecoglou defined why he was not concerned.

‘He [Maddison] remains to be a bit sore from the opposite night time,’ the Australian advised Sky Sports activities earlier than kick-off. ‘It took a good bit out of him and he was not 100 per cent, so he misses out.’

Requested if the harm was critical, Postecoglou mentioned: ‘No we hope not. He ought to be alright for subsequent week.’
