Lee Carsley has been appointed England’s interim supervisor for subsequent month’s Nation League clashes.

FA chiefs have been vastly impressed by the progress of the Underneath-21 boss since taking the function in 2021 and he’s a contender to take over completely from Gareth Southgate.

Carsley will take cost video games towards Finland and the Republic of Eire, whom he featured for as a participant.
